Software engineer who late in life came to the realization that he is…and always will be basically on the introvert side of the scale. The attempts to fit the extroverts expectations led to some wonderful experiences and adventures that were well worth the temporary discomfort.

Having read Susan’s book - I will not williingly repeat the experiences or anything similar!

Equating introverts as being 'neurotic' is actually an old (but unsubstantiated) concept. And even if it were true, it doesn't mean introverts are of lesser worth or worthless, as some would lead us to believe.

How does a boss get to be a boss? Not by being introverted. Does being bossy imply being extroverted?
