Just wanted to say how much I love the new forum. I'm looking forward to participating and connecting with other introverts.

So happy you like it, Maureen. If you have any suggestions for improvement along the way, I'm all ears.

I love this forum too! Wow Susan, what a fantastic idea. I've been thinking a while of starting a blog, and all you are doing on yours is so inspirational! Ever since discovering your site and visiting regularly, I find myself just a bit more comfortable in my "introvert" skin. It's another layer of self awareness that helps me be so much more grounded, present and connected with myself as I go out into the world. Looking forward to meeting others and participating in future discussions. Have a great weekend!

Also, I'm sure I'm missing it, but how do I add a photo to my profile?

I'd like to know how to add the photo, too!

I am a psychologist and author of 3 books on social anxiety/shyness and I blog for Psychology Today. I am a strong introvert who has also struggled with shyness and social anxiety at various points in my life. I’m on a quest for greater self-acceptance and self-compassion.
